The Buyer is required to provide Procoops with the necessary and precise instructions to enable it to carry out the transport and delivery services entrusted to it, including, but not limited to, the name of the recipient of the delivered products, the complete address where the delivery must be made, and a telephone number where the recipient of the products can be reached.
Delivery times vary depending on the delivery method, the products ordered, and the geographic area indicated by the Buyer during the ordering process.
Delivery times are given for information purposes only and have no contractual value. Deliveries are made to the delivery address indicated by the Buyer during the ordering process.
In the event that it is informed by the carrier that a delivery is impossible due to an error in the address provided during the ordering process, Procoops will endeavor to contact the Buyer so that the Buyer can provide a new delivery address as soon as possible. Any additional delivery charges will then be borne by the Buyer, who must immediately settle them.
In the case of delivery by a carrier requiring hand delivery to the Buyer, Procoops shall not be responsible for any delay or inability to deliver due to the Buyer's repeated unavailability.
Any delay in delivery shall not entitle the Buyer to cancel the order or to any compensation. However, if the delivery time exceeds seven (7) days, the Buyer may terminate the online sales contract by sending a letter to Procoops. The order will then be considered canceled.
In the event of loss, damage, or other damage to the goods, or in the event of an unusual delay in delivery, it is the responsibility of the recipient or consignee to carry out regular and sufficient checks, to make reservations against the carrier, and in general to take all necessary steps to preserve their rights in accordance with legal requirements, failing which no recourse can be exercised against Procoops.
Losses and damages shall be recorded in writing on the delivery note by the recipient (or consignee) upon receipt of the goods. In the event of refusal of the goods by the recipient for a serious reason, the goods will be returned at the expense of Procoops.
If no claim is made within 7 days from the receipt of the goods by the Buyer, they are deemed to be compliant, and no return of the goods will be possible.
